THE KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped with wooden worktop, refrigerator, freezer, stove, microwave, kettle, coffee pusher, mixer, ...
For your comfort, the kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher.
The dishes are provided, as well as equipment for the cooking of meals.
THE BATHROOM
The bathroom is equipped with a cast iron bath (130 cm), a sink, a towel dryer and 3 storage spaces.
A hairdryer is at your disposal. Towels, toilet paper and soap are provided.
SPACE NIGHT
Comfortable 2 places bed (140 X190) will accompany your nights in the sleeping area, which is equipped with a sliding double wardrobe and cupboard with shelves.
The bed linen are provided, as well as an iron and ironing board.
LIVING SPACE
You can dine on the pretty marble table and enjoy the big screen TV or relax on the chairs and flip through the guides left on the table.
THE FLAT
Ideally located, this splendid studio of 25 mq was completely renovated by an architect in January 2015, to make it a comfortable and design space.
It is south oriented, on the 5th floor of a private condominium, with a lift.
The apartment is decorated on the theme of the sea, the Riviera, and 60's (year of construction of the building). It is equipped with vintage and functional furniture and renovated with natural materials.
A small lamp "lava" will welcome you with its blue water bubbles, small palm trees reminiscent of the vegetation of the Promenade, mosaic kitchen and marble table reminiscent Nice pebbles, the bathroom is sand-colored .
